Welcome to GaKaWa Tibetan Reader (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the following terms.
1. General
The App provides Tibetan reading, study, favorites, membership, purchase, and related services. Users must use the App in a lawful, reasonable, and respectful manner.
2. Member Accounts
Some features may be used without signing in. Purchases, wallet features, synchronization, and other member functions require creating and signing in to a member account. Users are responsible for keeping their account and password secure and for activities under their account.
3. Purchases, Payments, and Refunds
Purchases in the App are processed through the official payment system provided by the platform on which the App is used, such as Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase. Users are also subject to the payment, subscription, cancellation, and refund policies of the relevant platform. If the App provides wallet, points, or membership services, the applicable rules will be provided in the App or through official notices.
4. Intellectual Property
The App’s interface design, software, data organization, text presentation, trademarks, and related content may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other laws. Without authorization, users may not resell, distribute, copy, crack, or otherwise misuse paid or restricted content.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not interfere with service operation, attempt to bypass access restrictions, misuse another person’s account, conduct unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or harm the App, other users, or third parties in any way.
6. Disclaimer
The App will make reasonable efforts to maintain service stability and content accuracy, but does not guarantee that all content, data, or services will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Users should exercise their own judgment when using content provided by the App.
7. Service Changes
The App may modify, suspend, or terminate certain services due to feature adjustments, maintenance, legal requirements, or business arrangements. Relevant changes may be announced through the App or the official website where appropriate.

The App may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the latest update date.
